This delivery is suited to beginners. 

This ball is accurate and easy to control. 

Roll the ball off the end of your fingers, with the back of hand parallel to the floor.  Be sure there is no turn of the wrist.  The ball should always be rolled from the corner of the lane, hitting pins at an angle.
